Gleeds adopts a "Three Core Workstream" approach which helps our clients make substantial savings throughout the property lifecycle by re-engineering and managing the supply chain. We have developed innovative solutions, using market-leading web-based facilities management software, to improve efficiency and save you time.

Operational Team

Our FM Model drives significant operational benefit, leading to large increases in key operational metrics. This is evident across all our accounts and is one of the most immediate benefits of the FM Model provision.

We have a 24-hour, seven-days-a-week helpdesk service supported by operational management. This is operated using an in-hours team, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with a managed out-of-hours service, from 6pm to 8am. The-out-of-hours provider is supported by an in-hours team member for any escalations or issues. The helpdesk also manages an email box for queries that operates on a 24-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA) for response, Monday to Friday.

We have an established record in supporting clients with their compliance environment, helping to ensure that testing is undertaken on time, certification is comprehensive and meets the requirements of legislation or codes of practice, remedials are taken forward based on engineer output and all certificates are checked for validity.
